Look for this graphic on the left side of the page. It signifies that we saw at least one endangered species at this location. These will only be placed on sites where the animals are in their natural environment, or that they are being rehabilitated for release. We will not include this graphic on zoos.
We have also added this graphic to attractions that have been recognized as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Look for this logo, and know that these sites are so special that an international organization has recommended them for protection.
This site was created to help families around the country find fun, educational places to visit. All of the reviews have been written by members of our family.

Recent Trips
We recently spent a week in the wilds of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We had a great time in the many state and national parks. We also made a quick trip to Duluth, MN to check out the Great Lakes Aquarium. You can find our reviews on the Michigan Page.
We traveled to southern Florida. We visited the Everglades and the Keys. We went snorkeling, and even visited a sea turtle rescue hospital. Everything we did is listed on the Florida page.
We went whale watching in Tadoussac, Quebec, Canada. You can also take a look at the video on YouTube.
